Perfect for short stays, writing retreats, or anyone needing a quiet and restful space, this riverside home is ideal for guests seeking serenity, as well as families, remote workers, or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway.
Important Information Before Booking
This home is located in a peaceful, waterfront residential area — we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly not allowed.
Please note:
▪️ Access to the house involves a long staircase, which may not be suitable for very young children or guests with mobility concerns.
▪️ The garage is not available for use, but limited street parking is available nearby.
▪️ Access to the water is not permitted from this house, as the waterfront area belongs to the adjacent boathouse, which is used by other guests.
▪️There is no dock available for boat mooring.
This hillside retreat is thoughtfully designed across two spacious levels, offering comfort, privacy, and beautiful natural surroundings. 8 guest at the maximum.
Upper Level
- Living Room: Bright and inviting, featuring a Smart TV, electric heater, portable heater, and a cosy lounge area — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
- Balcony: Enjoy serene treetop and water views from the elevated balcony — an ideal spot for your morning coffee or sunset drink.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Comes with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, rice cooker and essentials like salt, pepper, and oil to get you started.
- Main Bedroom: Queen-size bed with a private ensuite and a small walk-in wardrobe.
- Second Bedroom: Double bed, perfect for additional guests or family members.
- Laundry Area: Includes a washing machine, dryer, and complimentary laundry powder.
Lower Level
- Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed with built-in storage.
- Fourth Bedroom: Another queen-size bed, ideal for friends or extended family.
- Main Bathroom: Guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak.
Heating:
Each bedroom is equipped with a portable heater.
There is no air conditioning, but the home remains comfortable with natural breezes and portable heating in cooler months.

Please note that we can only guarantee one onsite parking space, and priority will be given to guests staying in the Boathouse. If multiple vehicles arrive at the same time, parking will need to be coordinated based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
For added comfort, if the boathouse is not booked during your selected dates, you have the option to reserve it as well for an additional $300 per night. This gives you exclusive access to both the main house and the boathouse, along with private access to the waterfront. • We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
