Equipment: In the living room there is the new seating set with 2 armchairs and a comfortable couch. Flat screen TV and compact system are available. The dining area is on the south-facing balcony, next to it is the niche with the new kitchen with dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob and oven. There are two bedrooms. In the large bedroom there is a double bed, in the smaller one a bunk bed, in which adults can also sleep. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The entire apartment is designed with a new design floor and is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are expressly not allowed. Of course, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. There is a separate parking space in the courtyard of the apartment complex. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
