This modern apartment house is located directly at the spa center and spa center, it is only a short walk of 2 minutes to the beach and the promenade. The shopping streets Strandstrasse and Friedrichstrasse can be reached within 3 to 4 minutes on foot. The modern living and dining area is bright and modern. A comfortable leather couch invites you to relax in the evening. A new flat screen television will keep you informed of the latest news in the evening or you can sit around the gaming table in a cozy atmosphere. You can store your generously dimensioned holiday luggage in the large built-in wall in the bedroom and thus always have order in the sleeping area. The bed is equipped with new spring mattresses and guarantees restful sleep. Another spacious bedroom is on the upper floor and offers 2 single beds and cupboards. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven / hob, extractor hood and kettle, coffee machine, Miele vacuum cleaner and plenty of kitchen utensils. In the wellness area in the basement you can use the sauna for a fee. A double floor garage space is available. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.

Gute Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage in Westerland. Direkt nebenan eine günstige Fahrradvermietung. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kühlschranktüre ging immer von selbst auf. Im oberen Geschoss fehlte ein Sonnenrollos. Das könnte im Sommer ganz schön warm werden beim Schlafen. Der Boden der Pfanne war gewölbt. Daher lag der Pfannenboden nicht glatt auf den Herd auf. Der Duschkopf knickte immer nach unten ab, weil die Schraube nicht richtig befestigt war. Ich weiß nicht, wer die normal übliche regelmäßige Kontrolle der Wohnung macht. Aber sowas sollte auch ohne Reklamation auffallen. Trotz Allem können wir die Wohn weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und der Preis sind für Sylt absolut okay. Die zuvor genannten Mängel lassen sich leicht beheben. Das sollte man aber auch tun. Uns hat es auf Sylt gefallen
