Toll ist die strandnahe Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (EDEKA) für den täglichen Bedarf (Zeitung etc.) ist keine 100 m entfernt. Restaurants in der Strandstraße und der parallelen Friedrichstrasse sowie zig Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar.

die Negativbeurteilungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Schlafzimmer ist sicher für ältere Semester ,wie wir, etwas klein, aber da kann man bequem auf der Schlafcouch schlafen. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
