This holiday property in Westerland is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in a beautiful and quiet, yet central location. You can walk to the city center in 3 minutes, the beach and the sea are only 1 minute away. You can expect a bright, stylishly furnished living room with a cozy dining area and a comfortable couch group in leather (also usable as a sofa bed) that invites you to relax, a flat screen TV / radio CD player are part of the equipment. The open kitchen is modern and functional with dishwasher, appliances, dishes and more. lots of cooking accessories so that you can spoil your loved ones and guests yourself. The tasteful, small bedroom offers a double bed with bedside tables. In the built-in closets in the hallway there is plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe u. The new and modern bathroom has plenty of storage space. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to breakfast in the morning and offers sun all day. Your parking space is in the courtyard area at the house, the bikes can be parked in the large bicycle cellar. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.

Gute Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Lage ist top, aber das Gebäude und die Wohnung sind alt und abgenutzt, teils muffig. Sauber war es und funktional, aber letztlich Grenzwertig in preis Leistung. Betten waren schmal und schrecklich knarzend. Matratzen durchgelegen. Muss dringend erneuert werden.
