Wir waren das zweite...

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dem Appartement, weil die Lage perfekt für uns ist. Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Die Betten sind für uns bequem und die Küche für ein paar Tage ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht, was jedoch sofort behoben wurde. Es wurde ein neuer Kühlschrank gekauft und innerhalb von einer Stunde das Problem somit behoben. Auch als wir zwei Tage später wg. Lärm im Nachbar Appartement nach einer Lösung gesucht haben, wurde uns sehr freundlich und emphatisch die Möglichkeit angeboten in ein anderes Appartement umzuziehen. Natürlich war es Glück, dass es gerade frei war, dennoch schätzen wir die Lösungsbereitschaft von den Mitarbeiter vom Sylt Appartement sehr! Vielen lieben Dank dafür, das hat unsere Urlaubsentspannung gerettet!

Leider können wir un...

Leider können wir unseren Urlaub im App. Sarah4 nicht positiv bewerten, da es doch einige Mängel gab. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, Spinnweben und Spinnen gab es in mehreren Teilen der Wohnung. Die Sitzmöbel waren sehr unbequem. Der Kühlschrank war stark vereist - eine Kühlung unserer Lebensmittel und Getränke war daher nicht möglich. Morgens ab 6 Uhr war die Nachtruhe vorbei, da auf der Straße der Lieferverkehr(mit schweren LKW) der angrenzenden Gastronomie begann. Ebenso ab 6 Uhr fuhren große Traktoren vom Strand her, die mit Reinigungsarbeiten des Strandes und dem Abholen von Strandkörben beschäftigt waren.
