Schöne und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Die zentrale Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Bis zur Friedrichstrasse und auch zum Strand waren es nur sehr wenige Gehminuten. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Parkplatzt. Vor dem Haus und auch in der näheren Umgebung sind nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Was uns ein kleinwenig gestört hat ist die enge Bebauung. Daher fiel wenig Tageslicht bzw Sonne in den Wohnraum. Die Bestuhlung der Terasse sollte mal erneuert werden. Sonst alles TOP und wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Lage, aber bis zum HundeStrand zu weit weg-alles Asphalt!!!

Gut, nur die Mülleimer suchenden Mieter die auf der Terrasse standen 😢.Absperrung zur Strecke. wäre schön. Sonst sehr schön, 2min.bis in die Stadt

Schöne Wohnung, allerdings für zwei

Alles war in Ordnung. Küche hat alle erforderlichen Utensilien usw.. Wir sind mit unseren zwei Kindern dort gewesen, die beiden konnten im Doppelbett (gut) schlafen, wir auf dem Schlafsofa, dies ist allerdings nicht mehr zum schlafen geeignet- oder wir sind schon zu alt um darauf bequem zu liegen.
