Lage der Wohnung ist gut, sehr nah zum Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Service der Agentur nicht optimal

Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war im Eingangsbereich keine Beleuchtung (2 Lampen defekt). Hohe Unfallgefahr!! Außerdem wurde die Heizung nur mit mehrtägiger Verzögerung angestellt, in der Wohung gab es keine Wolldecken. 2 Personen sind während des Aufenthaltes erkrankt. Außerdem gab es am Esstisch nur 3 Stühle! Die Mängel wurden der Agentur gleich am 1. Tag nach der Anreise mitgeteilt.
