Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Sylter Welle 86 OB war leider eine große Enttäuschung.Der beworbene Promenaden- bzw. Westbalkon mit Blick war nicht vorhanden – stattdessen hatten wir nur einen Ostbalkon. Genau dieser Punkt war für uns ausschlaggebend für die Buchung, daher fühlten wir uns schlichtweg getäuscht.Die Kommunikation mit FeWo-direkt war eine reine Katastrophe. Auf unsere Hinweise und Probleme wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen, geschweige denn eine Lösung angeboten.Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, über FeWo-direkt zu buchen.
