Die Lage ist total optimal, sehr zentral zum Zentrum und Wasser, trotzdem ruhig. Vom ganzen Haus hört man kaum etwas. Tolle große Terasse, die Möbel sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Das hinten liegende Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster muss man mögen.

Die Residenz Bismarck ist als Gesamtkomplex nur bestens zu empfehlen: Tiefgarage, Schwimmbad, zentrale Lage - und doch ruhig gelegen, was will man mehr! Die Sauberkeit im und vor dem Treppenhaus sowie vor dem Grundstückseingang ist ein wenig verbesserungsbedürftig. Das gilt auch für die Terrasse der Wohnung 5a.
