It is about 600 m to the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 34 m². For 2 people. Equipment: The very comfortably furnished living room of the apartment is furnished with a sofa set, the dining area, the kitchenette and a wall unit with the double wall bed. In front of the living room is a small terrace, which has the character of a balcony. The bathroom has a shower. In the basement of the house there is a swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and a sauna (with coin operated) available to all guests. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has a parking space on the property. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
