Günstige Wohnung - gut gelegen

Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen, mit Balkon, alles da was man braucht, Küche neuwertig und gut ausgestattet, Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, Fahrradverleih 10min, Bushaltestellen in 1-5 min Laufweg (je nach Verbindung), großer Discounter in 15min, in Westerland (auch Bahnhof) ist man zu Fuss in 20min. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Wlan nicht immer stabil, aber für Sylt und mit der für uns als Wanderer und Radfahrer guten Lage in der Mitte der "Insel" insgesamt ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Vermieter sehr nett und aufmerksam. Den Buchungsservice bei FeWo-direkt finden wir (als Dauernutzer unterschiedlicher Portale) umständlich.

Moin moin! Es war alles bestens! Sind mit dem Zug angereist und wurden sogar abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren! Eine kleine nette Fewo, alles da was man braucht, auch Betten(Matratzen) sind kein Problem!! Einziges-das Objekt es ist wirklich hellhörig, wahrscheinlich wie fast alle Fewo! Mit Ohropax(nachts:)) ist auch das iO! Wir haben alles mit dem Rad erkundet... Eine tolle Insel! Der Bäcker in zwei Gehminuten perfekt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, vielen Dank! U. N. V. E. U. ⚽

schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Westerland aufgrund der sehr schönen und gut eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen! Auch die Betreuung war sehr nett! Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Das Haus ist zwar sehr hellhörig, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Unangenehm war lediglich der Geruch, den man wahrnahm, wenn man zur Tür hereinkam. Die Ursache dafür konnten wir nicht ausmachen, und man nahm ihn auch schon nach ein paar Minuten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht mehr wahr, so dass wir uns gut vorstellen könnten, nochmals hier Urlaub zu machen. Die bequeme und liebevolle Einrichtung macht dies wett! Und vielleicht wird die Ursache für den Geruch ja bis nächstes Jahr auch gefunden und kann beseitigt werden! Dann gibt es beim nächsten Mal auch 5 Sterne!

Licht und Schatten

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Positiv war die Geräumigkeit und das nett eingerichtete Wohnzimmer. Wie bereits ein anderer Urlauber geschrieben hat, kann man die Spülmaschine nicht komplett beladen, da der Kühlschrank im Weg steht. Die Wohnung ist doch recht hellhörig, sowohl die Stimmen der Nachbarn, Schritte, als auch Sanitärgeräusche sind zu hören. Das Bad ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Toilettendeckel wackelte, der Wasserhahn tropfte u.a. Was wir als sehr störend empfanden, war der stechend, modrige Geruch, der aus dem Bad kam. Der Lüftingskanal wird hier wohl die Ursache sein. Er fördert zu wenig Luft. Die Matratzen hatten für unseren Geschmack keine sehr hohe Qualität und das Bett quietschte. Positiv noch zu erwähnen, dass ein Parkplatz zur Ferienwohnung gehört und man einen kleinen Balkon hatte, der nahezu den ganzen Tag Sonne garantiert. Daher gerade noch 3 Sterne. Mit etwas Feinschliff wäre hier mehr möglich. Die Waschmaschine im Keller haben wir nicht genutzt.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Unser erster Urlaub auf Sylt bei Sturm und eisigen Temperaturen! Da war es schön in ein gemütliches Zuhause zurück zu kommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch, die Dame, die uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat ausgesprochen nett. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser etc. Lediglich die Beladung der Spülmaschine ist durch die Anordnung der Küchenmöbel eine Herausforderung 😋 Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Klasse Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichem Empfang

Die super schön, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Strand, Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad und zu Fuß in windeseile erreichbar. Freundlicher Empfang garantiert. Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal gebucht und sind hellauf begeistert.

Sehr gut eingerichte und ruhig gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr komplett eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Das Zentrum Westerlands lässt sich in ca. 10 min. erreichen, der Strand ist etwas näher gelegen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen!
