Objekt Super / Verwaltung Naja

Kurz vorweg, die Ferienwohnung ist TOP! Die Verwaltung dahingehend eher naja. Bei Anreise wurden wir nicht begrüßt sondern eher „freundlich angelacht“ als wir um 12 Uhr fragten, ob wir bereits ins Haus können. Darauf folgend haben wir erfahren dass wir das Wäschepaket explizit abgewählt hätten was definitiv nicht der Fall war. Wir haben es schlichtweg nicht gebucht, da in der Beschreibung stand, dass auf Grund der Corona-Situation ein Wäschepaket automatisch dazu gebucht wird. Der Fehler lag eindeutig bei uns laut der Verwaltung betonte aber auch, dass vor ein paar Tagen ein Gast das ebenso hatte. Ich sehe den Fehler nicht bei uns und möchte in einem solchen Fall auch nicht suggeriert bekommen, dass ich zu blöd wäre eine Bestellung zu tätigen. Das ist nicht besonders Gastfreundlich. Ansonsten war aber der Aufenthalt sehr schön und das Objekt jederzeit weiter zu Empfehlen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung

Das Wohnzimmer ,Küche und Badezimmer befanden sich im Erdgeschoss. Im Souterrain befanden sich die Schlafzimmer und ein zusätzliches Badezimmer samt Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das untere Badezimmer war in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche war mit sehr viel Geschirr und auch Kochtöpfen ausgestattet, es waren auch genug Gläser vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer befanden sich zwei Ledercouch- Garnituren, die nicht einheitlich waren. Weiterhin war eine Couch stark durchgesessen und der Geruch der Couch war schwer zu ertragen. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bodenfliesen waren abgeplatzt und beschädigt. Die Beleuchtung war nicht hell genug für ein fensterloses Badezimmer, zumal eine Spiegelleuchte einen beschädigten Schalter hatte. Die Duschwand war auch nicht mehr fest eingehangen. Die Duschstange konnte in der Höhe nicht mehr verstellt werden, da diese auch defekt war. Ich frage mich, warum das die Putzleute nicht bemerken .Des Weiteren fehlte eine Schraube am Boden der Kloschüssel, sodass diese sich einmal bewegte.Die Toilettenbrille könnte auch erneuert werden.Alles in allem fühlten wir uns bei der Nutzung dieses Badezimmers unwohl.
