Since the apartment is on the back of the building facing east, it is a very quiet location. It is about 300 m to the beach. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 48 m². for up to 2 people. Equipment: The newly renovated apartment has a living room with an open kitchen and access to the balcony, a bedroom and a shower room. In the living room a. a sofa bed, sideboard and Loewe flat screen TV and sound system as well as W´Lan access are available. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is a modern shower room. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
