2 room apartment in a prime location. Only a few steps to the strolling mile of Westerland and the beach promenade. The house "Sylter Residenz" is located in the center of Westerland on the edge of the famous strolling mile "Friedrichstrasse". In a few minutes' walk you are not only on the main shopping street but also on the Westerland beach promenade.
A bakery and a grocery store are "just around the corner"

The 2-room apartment 48 is located on the 4th Floor of the house and offers enough space for up to 4 people. An elevator almost takes you to the front door.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining area for 4 people and a fold-out wall bed for the 3rd and 4th Person. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom.
In the kitchen you will find everything to take care of your physical well-being.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The east balcony lets you look over the roofs of Westerland.
It is a non-smoking apartment - smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Schnupperwoche auf Sylt

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, für 2 Personen perfekt. Die Buchungsabwicklung über "FeWo" unproblematisch. Wir haben dort eine schöne erholsame Woche verbracht. Radverleih direkt im Hause.

Saubere und zentrale Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt sehr zentral und der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Für eine kleine Familie daher ein optimales Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wer allerdings Idylle abseits der Stadt sucht, sollte sich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.
