Nice, modern 1-room apartment in a prime location! Within walking distance to the main shopping street of Westerland and the main beach. The house "Sylter Residenz" is located in the center of Westerland on the edge of the famous strolling mile "Friedrichstrasse". In a few minutes you are not only on the main shopping street but also on the beach promenade Westerland.
A bakery and a grocery store are "just around the corner"
The 1-room apartment 16 is located on the 2nd Floor of the house and offers enough space for 2 people. An elevator almost takes you to the front door.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining area for 2 people, a free-standing double bed, armchair closet, TV.
In the kitchen you will find everything to take care of your physical well-being.
The bathroom was completely renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a shower, sink and toilet.
The west balcony is equipped with a small table and 2 chairs.
It is a non-smoking apartment.
Pet are allowed.
Internet is available via WiFi.
