Main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Surround sound on the main, downstairs and outside. Basement has games room, theatre room as well as a fully equipped bar, that leads to a walk out patio with seating. Outside there is a kids swing set and trampoline, a bbq , fire pit, fire table with seating.
