Super clean hotel and close to the water

The hotel had fantastic reviews, but unfortunately we were underwhelmed. Pros: Super clean, good location by the sea, really helpful staff at the beginning who helped park the car, super friendly and happy breakfast staff, little treats delivered to the rooms late afternoon, wide choice of breakfast (but a bit underwhelming) Cons: Shower was in the middle of the bed room, unhelpful staff at times e.g. No iron, no shower room to freshen up when checking out, stating free mini bar but it's just soft drinks with no snacks, which is a bit mis-leading, slightly off email when requiring about the valet parking

Oikein viihtyisä pieni hotelli rauhallisella paikalla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä mutta joskus tietämätöntä eikä palvelun taso ihan huippua.

Matkan paras hotelli!

Pros: Ihan kaikesta. Palvelu, sijainti, huone, aamiainen olivat kaikki ensiluokkaisia!
Location: Hotelli sijaitsi Ortiglian saarella, joka oli erittäin viehättävä. Saareen oli helppo tutustua kävellen. Alueelta löytyi paljon ihania ravintoloita.
Olimme hotellissa Syracusan Ortigliassa kolme yötä, ja jos palaamme niille kulmille, hotellivalintamme on ilman muuta sama. Hotelli oli aivan upea kaikin puolin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, avuliasta ja asiantuntevaa. Saimme heti tullessa esitteet ja esittelyn Ortiglian ja sen ulkopuolisen Syracusan tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Huone oli kaunis, tilava, viihtyisä ja siisti. Aamiaisella oli kaikkea, mitä voi toivoa. Buffetin antimien lisäksi sai tilata listalta erikseen mm. leikkeleitä, juustoja, eri tavoin valmistettuja kananmunia sekä mehuja. Hotelli koostui kahdesta rakennuksesta, jotka olivat kapean kadun molemmin puolin. Oma huoneemme sijaitsi eri rakennuksessa kuin reception ja ravintola, mutta se ei haitannut, päinvastoin. Ulko-ovelta oli noin viisi askelta aamiaisravintolan ovelle ja kymmenen pääovelle. Tässä sivurakennuksessa oli oma oleskelutila, jossa tarjottiin ilmaisia virvokkeita ja snackseja hotellivieraille. Itse Syracusa ja erityisesti Ortiglian saari olivat viehättäviä ja tutustumisen arvoisia kohteita.
