Great hotel

Great hotel, simple but tasty breakfast, helpful staff, good location and interesting to visit the Jewish baths discovered under the hotel. Good value for money too

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, fuyez !

Pros: le patio
Cons: refaire les chambres ! avoir un personnel accueillant !
Location: très boien situé dans ortigya
L'endroit est très difficile d’accès, dans le quartier piéton, impossible d'y aller en voiture. Heureusement ils proposent un voiturier (20 euros par jour) mais nous avons du l'attendre 45 mn, car la réception ne voulait pas garder la clef... sympa. Le quartier est charmant et l’hôtel, ancien est plein de charme ainsi que la cour extérieure (que vous voyez en photo sur google); cela laisse présager du meilleure... Mais quelle déception : notre chambre était affreuse : moche, meublée de bric et de broc, sans aucun charme, avec des matériaux bas de gamme et des meubles premiers prix usés : on aurait dit un studio étudiant des années 80. Les meubles sont abimés et vous avez le strict minium: une table pourrie, deux pauvres chaises, deux veilles lampes ikea, 3 cintres.. la salle de bain est basique, pas de bonde dans le lavabo, porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas, moisissure sur les joints.. Quant à la terrasse, elle est impraticable (avec les blocs clim qui font du bruit). L’accueil est désagréable et excédé et le petit déjeuner fait de produits industriels, vraiment pas bons. En revanche les fruits frais sont bons. Dommage que la déco de la salle de petit déjeuner soit si vilaine, car le reste (salon piano et cour extérieures sont très jolies). Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, notre chambre ne ressemble en rien à celles qui sont exposées, c'est une énorme arnaque ! C'est le pire hôtel et le pire petit déjeuner de tout notre voyage en sicile !
