This residence is an oasis of tranquility, perfectly located between the enchanting seaside areas and the heart of the city.Nestled in an authentic Sicilian rural setting, the villa offers two separate apartments, both with access to the shared pool.The apartment spreads over two levels. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the different rooms: on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa that leads on one side to the bedroom with a queen-size bed and to a patio featuring a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. A staircase near the entrance leads to the attic room featuring period furniture, complete with a queen-size bed, a single bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower on the ground floor completes the layout.Guests can relax in the villa's finely landscaped outdoor areas, which include a garden and swimming pool that is shared with other guests and owners, residents of the villa. Also noteworthy is the presence of farm animals, which are not accessible to guests.The apartment is equipped with free WIFI, air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in all seasons.*The apartment is located in a rural area; the access road may be unpaved, steep, therefore difficult to reach.*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of April to the 4th of November from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. A swimming cap could be required.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as its scenic beauty, are a must-see. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi.
