La posizione è ottimale per visitare Ortigia. L'appartamento e spazioso e ben arredato ma occorre migliorare la pulizia dei pavimenti e trovare una soluzione per l'acqua corrente (pressione molto, troppo bassa). E' situato all'interno di un vecchio edificio.
