Located behind the former racetrack in Syracuse, which once housed Formula 1, in a very quiet and strategic position as halfway between the sea and the city, the newly renovated Apt Barolo consists of a very bright kitchen-living room , 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one in the bedroom, 1 laundry room, 1 private veranda of 100 sq m equipped with table, chairs, gazebo and barbecue, offers 6 comfortable beds + 2 additional beds.
Adjacent to the villa there is a sports club consisting of: 2 regular clay tennis courts, 1 adult swimming pool, 1 children's pool, 1 large solarium with umbrellas and sunbeds, outdoor showers, snack bar, green area and playground.
The use of a private or rental means of transport is recommended.
There is a small parking area in the internal common courtyard (2/3 parking spaces) but also large outdoor spaces, on the street.
The Apt Barolo is located near the natural reserve of the Ciane river, where you will be admired by the splendid and luxuriant vegetation of the natural papyrus and where you can take long walks on foot or by bicycle, or rent a canoe to cross the river.
