apparently, section 8 residents are on the first floor of this hotel, their children sleep in the rooms while the parents sleep in their unliesense, unregistered vehicles, their grills are kept outside for cooking, they do not pickup their garbage, the cleaning lady does not speak english and would rate her cleaning abilities 10%, we where transferred to the 3d floor after complaining of the conditions, it was better, I would never recommend staying at this hotel. and by the way your tax dollars pay over $400.00 per WEEK for these people to stay at this hotel, they stay for 1 month, leave for 1day, and return for another month,and continues, they also are allowed to have dogs and cats. there where no more hotels available do to this being the Syracuse Nationals. Be careful out there when you book hotels, this was the worst I have ever stayed!!!!

When I arrived, the property looked unkept. Once given my room key, I went to check out the room. I was immediately greeted by what appeared to be a stray cat that lived on the property. Had my door opened I’m sure it would have ran in my room. The door number was missing and the key card didn’t work. I asked for a new room because of the location of that room and close proximity to wildlife. They were accommodating for a new room on the second floor. However that room smelled like old smoke. The beds looked like they were rigged on a box spring or something. There was a roach in the room. Between the property, sketchy people hanging around the property and the room, me and my son stayed all of 20 minutes. I unfortunately had a nonrefundable reservation and lost on money, but there was no way I was having my child and I stay there. I admit I was on a budget but no way I could stay there and I place that blame on me. The photos were not accurate, maybe a filter or special lighting. It just did not give the same look as the pictures online. Horrible place. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else. Once I got to my new hotel I felt so much better.

Called the hotel to let them know that we would be arriving late with an ETA of 1AM. Told by front desk that it would not be a problem. Finally get to the hotel and start the check in process - clerk asks for name and confirms that we were staying for one night - then with a snarky smile says "well we are overbooked and no longer have a room". Refuses to help find another room and says it not his problem we don't have a place to stay after driving for 5 hours. Went to use the lobby bathroom after the long trip and it was filthy!!

Place was dirty and fly unsafe. The room air conditioner did not work. The woman at the front desk did not return my drivers license and I didn’t realize it until three days later. I stayed two two nights, so they could have left it in the room. I called on Saturday and the said they would mail it. I called today (Monday) and he said he would get around to mailing it on Wednesday because he is to busy. I’m ready to call the police.

Came up for a car show nearby and seen this quiet calm hotel for a low price . This property is the true definition of you get what you pay for . It was easy to check in , friendly staff. Upon entering the room it seemed decent, smelled clean looked tidy but upon further inspection there was much room for improvement. The bathtub/shower was filthy and had a very old smell to it. The bed was made but when I pulled the blanket down to get in bed the white sheets had brown stains on both sides near the top which instantly made me want to leave. The bed was uncomfortable but was kind of expected as well after seeing the dirty sheets .

We walked in and walked out. Dirty, cigarettes burns on the bed. Smelled like smoke and the bathroom was leaking all over the floor.

Terribly filthy hotel

The hotel was very very dirty. The bed broke by my husband rolling over, the lobby was very dirty. Hallway and elevator were very dirty. Not at all like the photos! Very strong smoke and damp smell throughout. Toilet and tub was filthy and had hair on it. Floor had gum and was dirty. Comforter on the one bed had blood on it. Very unpleasant experience.

Linen still dirty on a made bed, tv doesn’t work, vacuuming non existent in room 1 changed linen myself as clerk was extremely busy Room 2 tidy clean linen tv worked bathroom was clean Exterior needed to be swept No fault to clerk he was extremely busy and was alone. He was polite but tired and overwhelmed. Except before renting out rooms they should ensure that rooms are cleaned . Both rooms were bug free

As soon as we pulled in we knew it was going to be bad but we had already booked online and paid. It is dirty from start to finish. You can see the rooms are not cleaned. The mirror, walls, and floors were the first things noticed, the bed has stains on every layer, the chair in the corner looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. The walls, doors, and floors probably haven't been cleaned since the place was built. It smelled like mold and cigarettes, especially the bedding.The bathroom was an entirely different level of dirty. Only plus was the air conditioning actually worked. Don't waste your money.

Actually wasn’t able to make it had an accident. Could not check in called at least 30 times no one answered the phone. Was labeled a no-show. I was told I can not get a refunded or a partial refund. I’ve stayed here many many times most times it’s always the same. It’s not the best service not the best location, but I don’t have any problems and I’m a creature of habit.
