the room was clean and well lit. check in was different as you do everything on a kiosk and i think you should be told much clearer that you are expected to come out of pocket with an extra 100 dollar deposit before you get there. there were no attendants there which was actually a nice change as they are usually annoying and ask too many questions anyhow. all in all i will be staying there again soon

Exceeded expectations

We came not expecting a great deal as the hotel was the cheapest we'd stayed in but it exceeded our expectations. Staff in the lobby were welcoming and friendly. The coffee in both the lobby and room was good, the amenities in the room were also good. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were very lumpy. The shower was tired and bath stained but worked very well. The hotel was excellent for a brief one night's stay. Would recommend breakfast at the Auburn Diner. It was superb and excellent value!

I did not like that there was no front desk help at check in. They have a remote check in process. There were a few people in the lobby when I got there about 10pm. I was traveling with my husband so it was ok but I would have been uncomfortable if I were alone. Also wasn’t comfortable with no one on site if there had been a problem in the room or during the night.

Our bathroom ceiling around the heat lamp would leak large amounts of water if the person staying above us was using the shower. During this time we could not use the bathroom without the water getting on us. We were not offered a new room. We stay here every year with no problem, and was disappointed this time.
