You can't beat the Best Westerns location. It's within walking distance of so many great restaurants and the hotel has its own parking lot. It's a short drive to Syracuse University. We had a corner room, which was huge with lots of windows, a separate living room and a kitchenette.

Although we did not use the kitchen facilities all of the necessary items were available. Our only disappointment was that the pillows were too soft! Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Good location. Easy walk to many restaurants.

The location for seeing events at the Landmark Theater is perfect. Slowest elevator in the world. Parking is not clearly marked as to where to park. Front entrance is very difficult to find. There was a lot problems with lights in the room. could not turn off the dining area over head without turning off the kitch area lights. Biggest problem was the breakfast. They ran out of everything including the pancake batter in a jug with 45 minutes left. Front desk no help, and couldn't find the attendant. My big breakfast was two hardboiled eggs.
