La Latomia Villa nei pressi del Teatro Greco<br>

Recently renovated villa surrounded by a garden of about 2000 square meters. Its most interesting and unique feature is the panoramic position on the "Latomia del Casale". The "latomie" are typical structures of Siracusa s topography dating back to the 5th century b.c. used as stone quarries originally and later as prisons during slavery and war period.
The house consists of a living area open to a kitchen with all amenities, a large double bed room with a spectacular view of the "latomia" and a bathroom with a confortable shower. A double sofa bed is available in the living room. On the outside the house has an open veranda set up with an outdoor sitting area.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
