The place was brand new and very clean. The beds were made up with comfy pillows, and there were towels in the bathrooms along with soap. Other than that, you pretty much need to bring everything else. It is meant to be a place to live when you need a home or an extended stay. But it served our purpose for one night.

the hotel was new construction, the suites were adequate for someone to live in for a month or more. Wifi worked well and a good selection of TV channels. they have a stove top with two rings, a microwave and refrigerator with freezer, but have no dishware.

The room is spacious and clean. The property is new and I like the kitchen and the high top table. The one thing that is not good is that there is no hair dryer for this property (my first in a hotel). We arrive late and after shower still have to wait for the hair to dry before we can sleep since there is no hair dryer. It’s a road trip and we have to drive long hours the next day so we don’t have enough rest. Sleeping with hair wet is not an option for is

Great room for budget conscious travel

Room was large with full size fridge, microwave, and even dishwasher. Would be great for long term stay but we were only here for a night. Sketchy area and clientele but price for stay makes that make sense. If you like waking up at sunrise stay here. Blinds are terrible and some person with two small children just had to sit in their car outside window playing crappy music at full blast from 6-6:45am until I had enough and gave dirty look at them from window. Maybe they were staying in car instead of hotel and just had to start the party at crack of dawn….wouldnt be surprised in this part of Syracuse.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! The staff were kind and helpful, and everything was very clean. The only minor issue was a few hairs on the sheets—probably just missed in the wash. Otherwise, a great experience!

No TV

The hotel was great . I booked it because it was a brand new hotel only a few months old . The only problem was that the tv service was not working throughout the hotel . When I went to the front desk they said they were “ waiting on a part for the dish “ . Being in the room for two days with a teenager that wants to watch tv was not easy . Knowing that the tv service was not working should have been told to me prior to checking in, The hotel emailed me several times about checking in in advance so one of those emails should have been to notify me about the tv not working .

The hotel sign is difficult to see in the dark. Our GPS would not pick it up and we drove forever. I called the hotel and the young man directed us right to the door.

Nice place

Pros: Very clean, contemporary style, nice shower, helpful staff, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, DW, induction cooktop. Cons: The only spot to set luggage is taken up by the TV & no luggage stand, had to use bed. Kitchenette not usable due to no dishes, utensils or pans in room

Its a newly built hotel. Good location as gas station, Denny's, Dunkin Donuts is walking distance. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Property is well maintained and very clean. Ample of parking in the front and at the back. There is a coffee machine at the front entrance as well. Will definitely stay here again.
