MaryMaira is a charming, recently renovated studio apartment of 30 mq, well equipped and welcoming, located on the ground floor with an independent entrance close to the "Largo Della Graziella", a quiet and strategic area.

The House offers a unique environment with a double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette + a bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with everything that is essential for a comfortable stay and to feel at home:
table, chairs, heat pump air conditioning (cold-hot), TV, Free Wi-Fi, wardrobe, bedside tables, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster (grill), electric kettle, scale, coffee machine and moka, crockery, iron + ironing board, drying rack, table seat for the little ones, camping cot (on request).

The bathroom is also complete with everything:
sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer, towels, shower towels.

For emergencies: first aid kit, thermometer, masks and sanitizing gel.

MaryMaira is located on the island of Ortigia connected to the city of Syracuse by two bridges, one at the entrance and one at the exit.
The structure is located a few steps from the Talete covered car park (public for a fee) and free street parking (if free), both of which can be reached by car without problems even when the ZTL is active.

Located in a strategic position, it allows you to reach the structure on foot and, enjoying the suggestive streets and alleys, all the main places of interest in Ortigia:

Magical get away
