Comfortable stay at clean, friendly hotel

This was the third time we've stayed at this hotel in recent months, with the same overall experience: staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable, common spaces are pleasant and inviting, 24/7 fresh coffee is great, free hot breakfast is better than just about any place we've ever stayed.
