We paid by credit card two months in advance of arrival date to stay at this property during our holiday to Sicily. The day before we were due to check-in, we messaged the owner to ask for details of access. No reply. Same again the next day, so we called him by phone and he said it was no longer available. We had to call in Vrbo Customer Services to deal with the issue, as we were left with nowhere to stay at 18:00 in the evening. They helped us to find alternative accommodation. This was not an experience we would wish to repeat.
