Villa Eleonora is a beach front villa located in the popular area of Fontane Bianche. Set in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the beach, the villa is ideal for those who want to be near the sea and restaurants, bars, etc. It is also an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, such as Syracuse, the baroque towns of theVal di Noto, Taormina, Mount Etna Park and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile.

The 70 square meter villa develops over one level.

The villa is composed of a living area (with single sofa bed and dining table/chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom (with double bed) and one single bedroom (with single bed). A bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with a second shower) accessed from outside.

Outside, you will find a garden overlooking a rocky beach, a sun terrace with a Jacuzzi (not heated; 2x2m; depth 0.5 m – 1.2 m; open 01/03 – 30/11) and a veranda with a covered dining area (with table and chairs), seating and a barbecue.
