Perched right on the water’s edge, the house offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and direct access to the crystal-clear waters. Step out of your front door and into paradise!
Ascending from the entrance of the building to the main floor, you'll find a luxurious master bedroom, along with two charming double bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom. This floor also boasts a well-appointed kitchen, complemented by inviting front and back living and dining areas.

Originally a listed building, our residence has been lovingly restored and adorned by a talented Greek interior designer. Retaining its Cycladic neoclassical charm, the space seamlessly integrates modern conveniences for your comfort and enjoyment.

Step outside to discover a three-level garden at the rear of the building, leading directly to the sea with breathtaking views of the enchanting island of Mykonos. Guests of this property have exclusive access to one of the garden levels, while the upper levels are reserved for the owner or guests of the top-floor flat. Please note that the staircase to the sea is shared among all occupants.

Conveniently situated at the heart of the city, you'll find a plethora of dining options, bars, coffee shops, and the port just a leisurely 5-minute stroll away.

For added convenience, the owner can arrange additional services such as cleaning during your stay, subject to availability and at an extra cost tailored to the length of your visit.

Guests will have full access to the ground floor of the whole building as well as 1 garden level (the lower level with kitchenette and WC facilities).

Recomendations on places of interest, restaurants and bars, where to order for delivery, what beaches to go and in general a small guide to the island can be given before arrival.

The gulf of Vaporia is the best location on the island. It has beautiful neoclassical buildings right by the sea and the most expensive hotels of the island. Vaporia is the only place in Ermoupolis people have access to swim. There is a beautiful beach bar/restaurant accross the property that you can walk or swim to! It is picturesque and offers view to the endless Aegean blue sea.

The property while has private access to the sea and feels like you are secluded, is right at the heart of Ermoupolis town. It is 10 mins walk to the port, 2 mins walk from the restaurants, cafes and bars and 2 mins walk from the main square. The location is simply the most convenient possible.

This is one of the very few properties that have direct access to the sea, a feature that makes it very desirable to guests in the island of Syros!

Stunning

We had a WONDERFUL experience! Our lovely host, Mary, arranged for our pickup from the ferry, greeted us upon arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay! We enjoyed morning swims in the sea, brunch on the gorgeous seaside terrace, and afternoon strolls into the charming town of Ermoupoli just minutes away. Many memories were made in Syros and we couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our time!
