Cozy cottage house in the idyllic oasis by the stream

CHALET / CATTAGE - each cottage can be booked for a maximum of 9 people. Here, a cottage for 4-5 persons is ideal for 6-7 people optimal, while staying for 8-9 people is already optional. A detailed description of the equipment can be found below. At your disposal are two bedrooms + lounge + kitchen, veranda, two terraces and barbecue for exclusive use.

- the second bedroom in the variant 2 + 1 (one double bed and a single bed)
- the living room with fold-out couch with dimensions of 140x200 for 2 people. are for all persons towels and bed linen are related - that is standard in the hotel.

The Mountain Lodge and Pension Dom nad Potokiem BORSZÓWKA are located on the same site and are some meters apart. From there you can within 15-20 minutes from the center of Szklarska Poreba on foot. Nearby there are the railway station Szklarska Poręba Górna. Our properties are located on the winter range of the running route and summer tourist route that leads to the waterfall Kamieńczyk and Mount Wysoki Kamień. Both objects combine the elements of regional architecture with modern elements, thus guaranteeing so desired by every modern comfort. To our guests in the pension part of the sauna, Russian banya, sometimes called Japanese, as well as 2 hectares of land with the place for the campfire, barbecue, children's playground and volleyball court. In the future a swimming pool with dimensions of 20x15 m will be built.

LITTLE CHILDREN - it is possible for small children, a small bath, potty, toilet paper, a riser and a tourist bed to order.
KITCHEN - with household goods fully equipped - cooker (electric plate with two burners), fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and dinner service for up to 9 people (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc.)
SUMMER TERRACE - directly from the kitchen area, you can enter the summer terrace. In case of unfavorable weather there is also a covered terrace from the front of the building or a spacious balcony on the upper floor to our guests.
BACH - the house is a stream of pure water from the mountains. There you can go trout fishing or take a dip in the summer.
FIREPLACE - to a cooler evening is a semi-automated fireplace available, which each can light easily with a push button. The fireplace is supplied with Ökopellet (pressed sawdust). By default, the fireplace includes 5 kg pellet. If you would need a larger amount, you can log this to the staff of BORSZÓWKA.
BREAKFAST - optional, there is the possibility to order in a pension breakfast. but they should be informed by our personnel if we are in that time able to realize your order.
GRILL - our guests was made available to a large barbecue for their own use at the cottage.
CAMPFIRE AND GARDEN - on the grounds that the house and the guest house belongs (for common use), you find a place with grill canopy and tables for about 20 people and a large barbecue area of ​​concrete.
PLAYGROUND - at the disposal of the youngest is a playground with four swings, a mini-climbing wall, two Schlitterbahnen and a Geschichlichkeitmodul.
VOLLEYBALL COURT - for the youngest and older people, we have a volleyball court. You can get the ball and racket at the reception.
DECKCHAIRS - If our guests want to use comfortably the green area around, you can use our deck chairs.
RUSSIAN BANJA - an ideal solution for spending the evening comfortable, is an excellent relaxing, Russian banya, which acts similarly to the sauna. The difference is that the stay takes in water with a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius from between 1 to 3 hours, while it takes in the sauna from 5 to 15 minutes to complete. Due to the fact that the heating of 3000 liters of water takes a long time, it is necessary to register the use of the Banja at least 8 hours earlier.
SAUNA - for those who, however, think that they can freeze in the Russian bath, Finnish sauna will be prepared so that they can warm up well before winter evenings to come. The sauna is located in the pension building.
DRY ROOM FOR SKIERS / ATHLETES - if someone winter or summer sports driving, he needs to dry his shoes, gloves or hat. For our athletes, a special room was prepared, where they can dry their equipment.
WI-FI INTERNET - in the whole complex is free wireless Internet access (TP SA - up to 20 Mb).
ECOLOGY - the whole object is illuminated with LED bulbs, whereby power consumption at each specific site is not higher than 5W! The thermal insulation is similar to a passive house. The temperature control in the spaces takes place by an electronic thermostat, which can be described in connection with the ecological fuel in the fireplace, the house as organic.
DEPOSIT FEE FOR ENERGY and - insofar as the fee was not paid by bank transfer, it is based on the first day. For this you have to pay a deposit of 120 EUR. Part of it is determined at the end of your stay for the payment of electric energy. The deposit will be refunded after the staff of BORSZÓWKA of you has taken the cottage.
PARKING AND ACCESS - on asphalt parking has been prepared, which includes the remote control to be controlled gate. The parking is free and requires no reservation. The remote control for the gate is given when handing over the house key.
RESERVATIONS - in the summer and winter holidays is a normal arrival / departure Saturday so bookings must be made at least for a week or more full weeks. In special cases, the reservation on Friday or Sunday start. More information can be found in our price list on the page

This cabin offers its guests an outdoor pool and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.
