Welcome to our brand-new retreat at the summit of the mountain! Completed in February 2024, this modern house promises an unforgettable escape with breathtaking panoramic views. Perched at the top of the mountain, our home on over 3 acres offers awe-inspiring panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Enjoy the best of both worlds set between Winter Park Resort for winter sports enthusiasts and Rocky Mountain National Park for nature lovers.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor boasts cathedral ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere with views of the Rocky Mountains from every window. Whip up delicious meals in our state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances including State of the art induction cook top, plus everything you need for a culinary adventure. Unwind on the expansive wrap-around deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail with friends and family. Gas Grill on deck.



The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, and double sinks for your comfort and convenience. No need to worry about laundry, as we provide a full-size washer and dryer on this floor. Head upstairs to the loft area above the living space, where you'll find built-in twin over full bunks, perfect for accommodating extra guests or creating a cozy nook for the little ones.



Head downstairs and you will find the recreation room where you'll find a ping pong table and a TV—perfect for a night of fun and relaxation. The lower level boasts 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with double sinks and a tub, providing additional space for your guests.
