Clean cabin with all amenities. Comfy beds, nice gas fireplace, ample kitchen. Close to Winter Park, Granby, and RMNP. Nice Safeway in Fraser. Don’t miss eating at the Tabernash Tavern…delicious! Unfortunate neighborhood…lots of new construction and mud…PortaJohn and industrial dumpster right across the street. Ceiling fans have an annoying “night-light” function that cannot be turned off with ceiling fan “on”…like a flashlight in your face if you wake up at night…owner should replace these immediately. Front door keypad lock stopped working on last day. Very overpriced for neighborhood and annoyances.

We enjoyed the home. Nice that it was so new. Selfishly, even though we had our little Pom with us, I would consider not allowing pets until the landscaping is finished as I think long term having pets drag in mud may become a struggle. Not sure how, especially if the pets are large, damage would be avoided. Our little guy is crate trained and super disciplined to both verbal and hand commands don’t was easy for us to clean him up each time we brought him in, That’s no different for us where we live at the base of Mt. Antero. So no biggie but if it were my place I’d be cringing watching a big pup that may not be as easy to manage, run around in the home. Sorry for my opinion. It’s a very nice rental and we would for sure rent again but my input may have made it harder!

Great location and good for extended family

We stayed as an extended family group of grandparents, a family of four including teens, and a family of four including young kids. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house is well laid out and very well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home. Everything was clean and exactly like the listing photos. The master bedroom upstairs is large, but there are no doors to the bathroom or toilet room, so keep that in mind when deciding who is staying in that room. The only negatives our group noticed was the extremely bright dining room light, and only 6 dining chairs - it would be great to have the lights on a dimmer and a couple of extra chairs for larger groups. Location-wise it was perfect for us because we spent time at Snow Mountain Ranch and in Winter Park. Definitely recommend this house!

Ski Trip

The property was modern and nice. The property had three bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. Main floor had a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Basement had a bedroom with a bathroom as well as a family room with a pullout couch. The property was clean and modern finishes. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed by the owners and taken care of. It was an easy drive from Tabernash to Winter Park that took about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here.
