A Unique Stay in Stockholm

This hotel is located in a beautiful affluent neighborhood about 20 minutes by train outside of the center of Stockholm. I was looking for a unique place to stay that didn’t feel like a generic international hotel chain. This place preserves the character of the old mansion, while pairing it with cleanliness and good upkeep, along with amazing hospitality. Would definitely return!!

Just one night. Chosen due to proximity to our customer's office. Hotel could probably do with a few more staff behind reception and on the bar. Front of hotel not obvious so struggled to find taxi. Single room was small but okay. Communal coffee/tea making facilities in hallway. Would have preferred in room.

Rummet vi bodde i var väldigt basic/sunkigt, ingen mysfaktor alls - vilket vi hade förväntat oss. Badrummet hade ett gammalt trött duscdrapperi som var alldeles gult/mögligt nedtill. Elementen var alldeles dammiga. Området i sig och huvudbyggnaden är trevliga men boendedelen och rummen är ett skämt, passar inte alls ihop med huvudbyggnaden. Hotellet har bra potential men lång väg dit. Kan rekommendera att äta här, men avråder från övernattning tyvärr. Förvånad av ”Countryside hotels” att detta ställe kvalificerar sig att ingå där.

Fin miljö och hög kvalitet på maten, såväl julbord som frukost. Rummet var lite väl litet och färgen hade flagat ordentligt i taken. Golvvärmen i badrummet gick inte att justera och var på tok för varm.
