Excellent stay at the EQC hotel. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Exemplary restaurants at the casino. I highly recommend this hotel. Make sure you park at the hotel garage.

It wasn't a bad stay by any means. Everything is clean. The casino is excellent. The service was strong. But this place needs to decide what it is. If you're gonna be a four-star price, you need four-star amenities. This place doesn't have that. If you're gonna be a three-star property, the price needs to be lowered considerably. There's potential here.

Hotel was good, access to stay at hotel was awkward. Where to enter hotel not easy to find. Entered via the casino and had to be processed through security screening.

It was just “ok”. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, the lights in the room worked at night but not in the morning so we had to get ready in basically the dark… the bathroom light was the only working light in the morning. We checked out and were charged twice for the room so I had to call and have them fix it. Probably won’t be back. The beds were decent/comfortable and that was the only saving grace.
