Great location in downtown Tacoma. Close to UW Tacoma, Tacoma Art Museum and the convention center. The staff were nice and helpful. I would stay again.
Clean room, good facilities. I hated that I had to pay an extra $20 for parking for one night and the breakfast was also extra cost. I’d rather they increase prices and include everything.
We really enjkyed our stay at the Hilton in Tacoma. I liked how roomy the room was and the bed was super comfy. I wish there was more then 2 K Cups for coffee but notbing to really complain about.
We ever go back to Tacoma we would love to come and stay here again.
Dining room needs more help. Wait staff were overwhelmed and needed support. Very very slow breakfast service. If we stay again, we will go to the cafe in the neighborhood.
Very clean, close to our area of interest. Secure parking with a fee but was nice not having to street park. One elevator was down so took time to get up/down floors at times. Rooms very cozy. Overall a great stay.
