The staff at the Lakewood Washington Holiday Inn Express were all very polite, helpful and super friendly! Above and beyond!! Awesome continental breakfast too!

Good staff reception ect Breakfast was nice only thing about the food was that the coffie tasted like dish water every day no doubt cheap beans. The room was clean and beds were comfortable the room service failed to put the right amount of towels every time and they never changed the bed linens in 5 days we were there. We stayed 4 ppl in a single room with 2 queen beds. Bathroom toilet seat was not good and the marble on the wash basin had a huge burn stain and the extractor was real loud and noisy, faucet was junk. The room lighting is real dull. What we paid for the stay would be worth paying more and upgrading next time.
