Place is clean, great people, quit, nice, good prices, only thing that there was other guests that was parking at the Tesla charging stations, when there cars wasn’t e vehicles. Other than that, I would stay there again A++++++

The room was huge with a beautiful Mountain View. The breakfast was well stocked and many options. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. The location is perfect close to everything but tucked away from any noise you’d expect. Thanks to the amazing staff, we will be back!

The guy working the front desk was amazing. He made me feel welcomed when I walked through those doors. I love how clean and spacious the room was. I’ve paid way more and received a lot less from many places. This will be my place to stay every time I’m in the Tacoma area.

Everything was amazing except there is no hot tub/spa like the websites say. Its great location for walking around the mall area and restaurants. Room was spacious and super clean. The staff is the sweetest. I definitely recommend it here and will be back soon.

This property and our stay was outstanding! From the AGM Ken to the housekeeping service, we were completely more than satisfied with our stay. Ken set the mark real high for anyone else who may greet arriving patrons. He was attentive to our needs, quick to offer assistance and warm & welcoming to everyone greeted (this was observed with other patrons who were checking in or calling in for assistance as well).
