Property was fine, but parking is terrible went out for dinner and returned to no parking, my wife is disabled, and we have a disabled parking plaque, and the cars parked in the few disabled spots you have none of them had any disabled cards showing, this should be checked by security and car made to move if not qualified. We stayed there 2 nights and had the same issue both nights. And at previous stays we had the same issue.

Our toilet overflowed 3 times. There was no hazard based cleanup after each plunge. The 3rd time, they asked me if I wanted to plunge my own toilet as they had no maintenance person available. The said it was their protocol to ask guests to do so!!!

Great location right off the 18, fast check in, clean, comfortable bed, exchanged our dollars for quarters so we could do our laundry. My only qualm was we asked for a late check out at noon and housekeeping knocked at 11am indicating they had no knowledge of it.

It was awful, a guy threatened me with gang signs through my window, and then he tried to steal our car but my wife yelled for me and I ran outside and screamed at them until they took off. No cops called either, we packed up and left cause we definitely did not feel safe. We let the front desk clerk know and she said she didn't blame us for leaving 4 days early. And then to add to it they are fighting refunding us. La Quinta, Wyndham and Hotels.Com need to make this right.
