This property is older but has been renovated in the rooms. Everything is very clean, bed was firm and air conditioning working. Right next to the freeway but quiet. Plenty of amenities nearby.

We arrived 30 minutes early after we drove quite a ways. The traffic was better than expected, which we could not control. We asked if we could go ahead and check in, as we were tired. They would not let us check in, no questions asked. That made us feel unwelcomed. The room was very clean, but we had to request a hairdryer and we had to go to the office to get the hairdryer. They did not offer to bring us one. Sadly, the feeling there was not as friendly as we have experienced. I don’t think it’s the staff, but the management instead.

My daughter called and requested a broom to clean and wasnt provided one. They charged me for stained towels. I am not sure if they were stained in the first place. They charged me for the room being dirty. Nothing was broke and they didnt replace anything. They rold me that they cant use my card without permission but they sure did when my daughter left there.

Nice area, friendly staff, clean room with a few rough areas of wall paint but probably just paint over repairs. Extremely good sized with office area, printer, shredder, fridge, microwave, table with four chairs. Staying five nights, first night great, hoping the rest equal our initial exposure.
