I also talked to your agent on the 8th day of the booking he said he would cancel the reservation but would cost $50.00 but credit card was charged $105.80. not happy with Expedia and probably will never do business again if we don't get this adjusted. The staff were nice and they kept the hotel clean, but the pool was ice cold and the workout room was a joke. There was only one ice machine that worked, and that was on the first floor. The TV was a small screen.

There was no heat in the room. Staff said there was a work order that never happened..plus management was rude. Told us we had to check out because we stayed over 30 days. But they told us to check out for 1 day and come back..we did just that and they still would not extend our stay.

We stayed in the room with a jetted tub which I always look for. It was great till we saw how dirty the jets were. A washcloth that was used in the tub turned brown against the drain and jets. Breakfast was good with ample choices and kept up and clean. The employees were very friendly also
