Got woken up twice once at 1 AM by a staff opening my door, and then at 3AM by loud pipes... there were roaches, it was crazy

The room, bed and pillows smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of marijuana. Disgusting! Homeless people in the parking lot and hallways leading to the rooms. The atmosphere was unsafe and disturbing, with fights and arguments in the hallway almost in front of my room.

Not bad for the price, but some outlets (including the ones powering the microwave and the sink). Bathroom sink was clogged, terrible. I called the front desk, but nobody went there to have it fixed.

Pleasant stay for the weekend

We were there for a weekend. The room was ok and the staff was very courteous. This property is strategically located a minute walk to ihop and 5 minutes walk from many other food options. We would definitely return to this property.

Stayed for a week. Never once was housekeeping in to check linens or towels. The memory foam mattress lets you sink in and holds you suck that you can hardly move. Noplace other than the bed to watch TV from. Door fits poorly and lets in light all around, also light spills in around the curtain.

Staff literally told us to unclog and clean their toilet when it was broken in the first place. The door to our room was also broken and when we asked for the door to be fixed maintenance made it worse and it didn't even close after that. Will not be staying here again....

Toilet flooded and water wasn’t completely wiped off the floor. The room was dirty. There’s was dust all over the heating vents so I decided not to turn on heater because it smelled. The blankets were itchy.

Looked as if it had been renovated. Still had a very old HVAC unit that was all busted and looked nasty. Room was clean but the facilities looked run down. Lots of people sitting on the stairs smoking everyday.

The room was as pictured, not a 5 year old picture of its glory days. The only complaint was the door seal was misaligned, had to use towels to seal the door. Management is putting in effort to make things look good and a nice place. We stayed in a studio 6 room.

Can you please get rid of the cigarette smell from the room? That was Friday. It smell like someone has been smoking the whole day. I had to spray cologne to mask the smell. “Complimentary Breakfast” should be more than just coffee. I was expecting the room to be clean with new bed sheets and towels on the second day. I came back on Saturday night and nothing has change. No new sheets. No new towels. And the smoke smell was still there. I had to spray cologne to mask the smell again.

Appeared to be fairly new remodel. The door was a bit worn you could see day light coming through the frame. But it was a nice clean little room.
