The tastefully modernised upside down cottage, is a 18th century former farm building. Adjoining the owners property, located in a shared courtyard with the Village Hall. The cottage enjoys private secluded gardens overlooked only by the picturesque Village Church and garden. Fitted throughout with high quality furnishings, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, in a large family bedroom with bunk beds, or an alternative sofa bed within the open planned lounge. It is equally suitable for a group of friends looking for informal relaxed accommodation. The village of Barkston Ash offers 2 pubs, of which one has a popular restaurant, within a 2 min walk. The golf course, restaurant and curiosity shops at Scarthingwell Park are within a 10 min off road pleasant walk. Further afield, within 2 miles, are numerous shops, restaurants and pubs.
