Disgusting

Asked for a smoke free room and received a room that smelled only of cigarettes. Bathroom was not cleaned what’s so ever, we found other peoples hair everywhere. Smoke stained on all parts of the walls

とても快適で清潔なホテルでした

施設は清潔感もあり、周りの音も気にならず快適でした 大浴場の利用時間が17:00〜24:00のみだったので、朝は部屋のお風呂に入りました。 できれば朝も大浴場が利用できると嬉しかったです。 朝食バイキングはメニューも豊富で美味しくいただきました。 周りにお店や飲食店が少ないので、食事や持ち込みは事前に近くのレストランやスーパーを探しておいた方がいいと思います。

友人と２人で泊まりました　私は部屋のお風呂に入りました、洗い場所は狭かったですが、トイレとは別だし、不満なしです、友だちは、大浴場に入ってきて　すごくキレイだったし　人数も制限されていて　すごく良かったと言っていました。 お値段以上でした
