I thought I was getting a deal, but in fact, I was getting a dump. The area did not feel safe and had homeless people near the parking. The bed did not have proper linens, there was a twin size blanket for a queen bed, and no top sheet. The sheet on the bed was not fitted, so slid off a mattress with no mattress protector. The pillowcases didn't fit.We ordered food and couldn't finish it despite being hungry because it did not arrive as described. In general the hotel is a dive that doesn't look anything like the photos. Maybe it look like the photos 20 or 30 years ago I don't know. But I would never stay here again. The staff was understanding and great, but it did not compensate.Not recommended.

O quarto estava limpo A equipe da recepção com bom atendimento, mas reitero a ressalva que fiz quanto às funcionárias responsáveis pela arrumação do quarto. Precisa de alguns ajustes em relação à descrição daquilo que se está oferecendo. Eles intitulam “quarto luxo”, mas tem o básico do básico. A cama de casal é pequena e o banheiro também. Não tinha papel higiênico e precisei descer para buscar. O lençol estava com mancha e deixaram apenas um cobertor fininho e que precisei descer para buscar. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários são bastante atenciosos.

Só que no primeiro dia acabou o leite e o pão francês e não houve reposição Equipe de funcionários: o serviço de recepção foi bom, mas a direção dessa empresa precisa orientar melhor as camareiras e alertá-las para que sejam mais sutis no manuseio dos equipamentos e materiais, não jogá-los como em um depósito de gás. Esse fato somado ao arrastar de móveis, causam sobressaltos danosos a cardiopatas como é o meu caso.
