Chris’s Condo – Updated Dollar Hill II Retreat Near Tahoe City

Adventure awaits at this updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium located just outside Tahoe City in the Dollar Hill II community. One of the bedrooms is an upstairs loft. Guests have access to seasonal community amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, a hot tub, and a basketball hoop area.

The condo is also a short drive or walk from Lake Tahoe’s beautiful blue-water beaches, including Lake Forest Beach, Bristlecone Beach, and the Skylandia Beach and Picnic Area.

Chris’s Condo welcomes you into a bright, open living space with high ceilings, skylights, and plenty of windows overlooking the surrounding trees. The beautifully updated and well-equipped kitchen opens to the comfortable living area, which features an on-demand electric fireplace, a wraparound sofa, and a large leather chair. Perfect for relaxing after a day of Tahoe adventures.

The kitchen includes a spacious center island with seating for six, making it a great place for dining, gathering, and entertaining. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful forest setting.

A beautiful spiral staircase connects all three levels of the condo.

Sleeping Arrangements and Bathrooms

The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining half bathroom.

The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed, a television, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

The entire downstairs level is a spacious private bedroom suite featuring a king bed and a beautiful bathroom with a stone walk-in shower and a built-in bench.

Entertainment

The main living area has a Wi-Fi television with a soundbar. There is also a Roku TV downstairs for streaming and an Amazon Fire TV Stick in the loft bedroom upstairs. Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming services.

Kitchen and Amenities

Chris’s Condo is comfortable and well-equipped. The organized kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, glassware, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric range and oven. Coffee lovers will find both a Mr. Coffee maker and a Keurig; however, coffee is not provided.

Additional amenities include a stackable washer and dryer downstairs. The balcony deck has patio furniture, a gas barbecue, and a Blackstone BBQ during the summer months.

Great Tahoe Location

The condo is conveniently located approximately two miles from Tahoe City, with easy summer access to popular hiking and biking trails. Skylandia Beach is approximately one mile away.

During the winter, the Tahoe City Cross-Country Ski Area is also approximately one mile away and offers excellent Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. Palisades Tahoe, Northstar at Tahoe, and Homewood Mountain Resort are each approximately a 20-minute drive, depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Security Camera Disclosure

Please note that the owner has a Ring security camera/light located at the entrance to the condo.

HOA Amenities

Community amenities are managed by the homeowners' association and may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonal schedules, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control. We are unable to provide compensation for the closure or unavailability of HOA amenities.

Cleaning fee includes linens & bath towels. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.

Nightly rent plus tax, cleaning fee, reservation fee, and vacation rental damage protection plan, required on all rentals.

This home does not allow any parties or events, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is parking for 2 cars at this Condo. Guests may park in overflow parking area only (1 extra vehicle maximum).

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access and a hot tub. This condo also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
