The Space
Welcome to your relaxing North Lake Tahoe retreat! Located in the highly sought-after Dollar Point neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Whether you’re here for world-class skiing or summer lake days, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements

Main Floor: Just off the entry, you’ll find a cozy guest room with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The primary master suite is also on this level, featuring a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level: Two additional well-appointed guest rooms are located upstairs, each featuring a queen-size bed and sharing a full hallway bathroom.

Living & Dining
The heart of the home features soaring vaulted ceilings and a magnificent stone fireplace (firewood provided!), creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for group gatherings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Step out onto the back deck off the dining area—perfect for summer BBQs and evening relaxation. The property also includes a spacious yard and a 2-car garage.

Prime Location
You are just a short drive from Tahoe City’s excellent dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment. Major North Shore ski resorts are also within easy reach, making this an ideal year-round destination.

Important Note: Dollar Point recreation amenities (beach, pool, tennis, and playground) are only available for stays of 31 nights or more. This requires a signed lease, a $5,000 deposit, and a $50 processing fee.

For your convenience, this home includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples. Please also be aware that the deck and BBQ may be unavailable during the late fall, winter and early spring months due to snow.

We loved the house. It was perfect for myself and three siblings to meet up for the first time in years. The neighborhood was quiet (we stayed during fall) and it was perfect for sitting and catching up, taking walks and short drives. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was spacious and well-supplied with gear. Would come back again next year.

Great home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was very well equipped with cleaning supplies and very clean. The only negative was the bear system. We were not familiar with it. In order to go in backyard from the kitchen you need to disconnect the wires then put them back on if you wanted to use the system. Other than that, I highly recommend this home

Everything I wanted from our stay in Tahoe. Easy drive to all the resorts I wanted to ride. Easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean and cozy with WiFi and cable provided. Will probably end up staying here again.

Making Memories

Our holiday gathering brought our family from 3 states to a lovely central location and helped to reignite our holiday traditions. The space was lovely, open and bright. The kitchen had all we needed to host meals together and each family member had privacy and their own baths. The management company was thoughtful and professional.

Myself an four friends had a nice stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Just a couple disappointments. A beautiful sunny deck out back. But, it was covered with snow and we could get out there. Also, I think the housekeeper forgot to mop the floors. Our feet an socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Overall if was nice an I’d definitely recommend it.

This was a great rental for our family. There was lots of bedroom space and the kitchen was nicely updated. Just wish the master had larger than a double bed, but was great otherwise.

Dollar Point Vacay

Brought our boat with us this time. Labor Day weekend stay on north side was great. Launched boat at Lake Forest ramp 1 mile away kept it at Tahoe City Marina for the night 3 miles away. Great weekend, fireworks at nearby Garwoods on Sunday night. Will do again. The place was in great shape, they have lots of extras in the house very comfortable and great location.

A Great Home for a North Shore Vacation !!!

This home is a real gem ! Great location, very spacious, & fully stocked for all of your needs. Dollar point area also has really nice amenities including its own private beach & pier. My granddaughters really enjoyed crawdad fishing. Looking forward to returning next summer !!!
