Experience comfort and tranquility in our three-bedroom house on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. This peaceful, welcoming home is ideal for families or groups seeking easy lake access and a classic Tahoe stay.

What’s inside
Three bedrooms with clean, comfortable beds, two bedrooms are Queen beds, and one King bed in master. Each bedroom has its own television. Two full bathrooms and one half bath. The master bath features a steam shower and a jetted tub for a spa-like unwind.

Living spaces are warm and inviting, with two fireplaces and forced-air heating to keep you cozy. A fully equipped kitchen and reliable Wi‑Fi make your stay effortless.

Outdoor living and views
Three decks with lake views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Enjoy the serene surroundings and fresh Tahoe air.

Location and access
The lake is a short two-minute walk to the The Tee Dock (a local favorite) for boating, swimming, or a stroll along the shoreline. Tahoe City’s shops, dining, and outdoor activities are right nearby.

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, snowstorms, or road closures (including I-80 or Hwy 89). Because mountain weather is unpredictable, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for winter stays (like Vrbo's Generali Global Assistance or a third-party plan) to protect your investment. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped with 4WD/AWD or carry chains during winter months as required by California law.

Winter Parking & Safety:

Snow Removal: Please be prepared to move your vehicles if the snowplows need to clear the driveway.

AWD/4WD: We highly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle with snow tires/chains during the winter months to safely navigate Tahoe City.
